Integrating LogRocket with ServiceNow
Our ServiceNow integration offers you the ability to add a link to a user's LogRocket sessions as part of their case.
To set up this integration, simply create a link of the format below, replacing YOUR_ORG/YOUR_APP with your specific LogRocket org/app and USER_EMAIL dynamically with the email of the user who opened the case. You can also link to the user's LogRocket sessions via a user trait (see option 2).
Use these links throughout your ServiceNow dashboard to link end users to a list of all LogRocket Sessions and Issues that have been capture from the user.
